Health & Fitness During Isolation
Staying Fit and Healthy
During isolation it is vital that government guidance on social distancing and non-essential travel are followed. This will mean that your child will not be able to move around as much as they normally do. Being less active means taking fewer steps, which can impact negatively on mental health, physical health, concentration and moods.
Despite having to stay at home more, it is still possible to keep fit and healthy which will also help you to maintain better and more positive mental health and well being.
