ParentPay

ParentPay is the school online payment system that lets you make secure online payments by credit and debit card.

Preston Manor is a cash free school. This means no cash is accepted in the school office. We accept payments online for items such as school trips and clubs. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card by visiting www.parentpay.com.

ParentPay provides parents with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; making a payment using your credit or debit card is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of all payments for you to view at a later date. When you make a payment, an e-mail confirmation is sent to you, giving you reassurance that the transaction has been successful.

If you have an existing ParentPay account for an older child, you can add your new child to your account by logging on and selecting "add child."

ParentPay account activation codes are confirmed once your child is on roll at school, and you will be notified of these as soon as they become available. 

Lower School 

In order to pay for Breakfast Club, school visits, lost books and some school clubs, you will need to access your ParentPay account online. All school meals are free of charge.

Upper School 

Parent Pay is used to pay for various items including school meals, school visits or books payments quickly and easily.
