Standing Together project with Chelsea Football Club

Over the past seven weeks, 24 students from Year 8 and Year 9 participated in workshops with Chelsea Football Club as part of a project called Standing Together.

During this time, the students showcased exceptional work by creating campaigns dedicated to addressing crucial issues such as racism, discrimination, extremism, and promoting diversity.

Our students’ incredible engagement in the campaign led to some fantastic opportunities. As the overall winners and the most engaged school, our winning group enjoyed a live Chelsea match with their families. Last half-term, they also took part in a stadium tour and a Working in Football workshop.

Additionally, Sidra was especially recognised for her dedication to the Standing Together project. The Chelsea Foundation invited her to be part of a case study photography series. She participated in a photo-shoot and interview at Stamford Bridge, which was displayed at the Chelsea FC - Saatchi Gallery exhibition in Sloane Square.
